Pita Bolognese by Nitai
A simple but brilliant original dish
Ingredients:
1 serving of Pasta Bolognese, prepared in advance
1 soft, fresh pita
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Olive oil (optional)
Preparation:
Warm the pita slightly, if desired
Fill the pita with the Pasta Bolognese
Drizzle a bit of olive oil for extra flavor (optional)
Grate Parmesan cheese on top (optional)
Enjoy immediately while the pita is still warm
Notes:
This dish was later adapted by Chef Eyal Shani, who added his signature twist with a spicy sauce
