Moscow Mule
A delightfully fizzy cocktail perfect for every season
Adapted from an original recipe by Mr. Boston
Ingredients:
60ml vodka (3 parts)
20ml lime juice (1 part)
Ginger beer, to top
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Preparation:
Wash and pat dry the mint leaves, gently rub them to release the oils, and place them in a glass
Fill the glass with ice cubes
Pour the vodka and lime juice over the ice
Top with ginger beer
Stir gently to combine
Garnish with an extra sprig of mint
Notes:
Serve in a traditional copper mug for authenticity, or use an Irish coffee mug
Adjust sweetness or tartness by changing the amount of lime juice or ginger beer
Garnish with a lime wedge or a slice of lime for added flair
For a non-alcoholic version, replace the vodka with soda water
