Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch parsley, leaves only

  • 1 bunch mint, leaves only

  • 4 green onions, sliced thin

  • 3 tbsp olive oil, or to taste

  • Salt, to taste

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, or to taste

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

  • Segments of 1 pomelo, peeled and chopped

  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds

Preparation

Preparation:

  1. Wash the parsley and mint thoroughly

  2. Finely chop the parsley and mint leaves

  3. Slice the green onions into thin pieces

  4. In a bowl, mix the parsley, mint, and green onions

  5. Drizzle olive oil over the salad to taste

  6. Season with salt and lemon juice to taste

  7. If desired, add optional toppings like cranberries, pomelo, or pomegranate seeds

  • This salad pairs especially well with fish, meat, or as a light main dish with pita bread

  • You can adjust the ingredient quantities based on personal taste and need
