Ingredients

  • 65g oil

  • 65g melted butter

  • 120g sugar

  • 65g water

  • 1 heaping tsp black pepper

  • Flour (as needed)

Preparation

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, melted butter, water, sugar, and black pepper

  3. Gradually add flour to the mixture, stirring continuously until a soft dough forms. Be careful not to add too much flour; the dough should remain soft and pliable, not hard or dry

  4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the cookies are golden brown, about 12-15 minutes

  6. Let the cookies cool completely before serving

Notes:

  • The black pepper adds a unique spicy flavor. Adjust the amount to taste

  • For a dairy-free variation, use double the oil and omit the butter
